The Acorn Equality Fund, established in 1999, is a grassroots organization that provides financial support for the advancement of the education, health, and civil rights of gay, lesbian, and transgender persons and their allies in downstate Illinois.

2013 Family Breakfast Success!

We want to thank everyone who participated and helped to make the 2013 Family Breakfast a HUGE SUCCESS. Special thanks to The Pauls Foundation for their generous grant and new Paul's Scholarship. With their help and yours, AEF raised over $41,000. Your generous contributions will allow our organization to continue giving scholarship money to students aspiring for a higher education.

Also, we would like to thank the talented Bradley Speech Team for a terrific and compelling performance!
